Issue Position: Putting an end to Obamacare

Issue Position

Tom supports patient-centered reforms to reduce healthcare costs and expand access to quality care. He strongly opposes the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, and has voted over 60 times to repeal the law. Tom supports efforts to repeal the law and replace it with legislation that would bring down costs and expand health care coverage, like instituting medical liability reform. He is hopeful that next Congress with a different president that Obamacare can be removed and meaningful healthcare reforms can be implemented.
