As a member of the Pleasanton City Council for 8 years, Cheryl Cook-Kallio helped lead the city through the Great Recession, balancing the budget while investing in the city and ending her tenure with a $178 million surplus. This allowed Pleasanton to continue providing public services and improving investments such as in streets and roads which attracted new businesses. As an Assemblymember, she will fight to make the right investments for our area to make sure we can continue to grow the economy with good-paying jobs.
