U.S. Senator Ben Sasse issued the following statement after the Supreme Court ruled against the Department of Labor's overtime pay rules.

"Every Justice of the Court today rebuked the Administration's sloppy re-write of the overtime rules. This is a small, welcome step in the direction of governance by the rule of law, not arbitrary bureaucrats."
