Bell County ranks #6 in AIDS in Kentucky. We do know the dangers of dirty needles and have seen how this disease affects the health of the user as well as the health of the entire economy. This is a complex problem and requires a complex solution. That solution will take time, and I am prepared to do everything I can to recover the lives of those affected by this disease.
