Government health care decisions affect all of us today and our future generations tomorrow. The solution must be as complex as the problem and we must get this right. I oppose government-run health plans. When Obamacare was implemented, thousands of insured citizens lost their private coverage and saw premiums increase to pay for the entire system. This is a clear example of government overreach.
Regardless of where you stand on the issues, this health care crisis affects us all. It is important that I hear from my district about your concerns as I work to secure stable and affordable health care.
