Former Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto released the following statement on Donald Trump saying women who have abortions should be "punished":

"Donald Trump's comments are disgusting and his proposals would take us back to the days of back alley abortions. The last thing Nevada women need is someone like Donald Trump telling them what they can or cannot do with their own bodies. I urge my opponents, Sharron Angle and Congressman Heck -- both of whom oppose a woman's right to choose and have pledged to support Donald Trump if he is the Republican nominee -- to join me in disavowing Trump's remarks."
