Issue Position

Jeff is a member of the Judiciary Committee and is an advocate for tough sentencing laws and victim's rights. He brings a "tough but fair" mindset as we works to craft laws that will keep our streets and neighborhoods safe. He has also fought against proposed legislation that infringes on the right to bear arms and worked hard to safeguard the identity of concealed handgun license holders. He has also been working on legislation to protect seniors from suffering physical and financial abuse.
