INCREASE MATERNITY AND PATERNITY LEAVE
Building a strong family starts at the biginning. Families need more time together to bond. That's why I fully support increased maternal and paternal leave. For new family additions and/or caring for aging parents, there needs to be an increase in both maternity and paternity leave. In a country of freedoms, women must continue to have access to reproductive education and birth control.
BRING HIGH PAYING JOBS TO SUGARLAND
Growth of Sugar Land has always been fuelded by being one of the first to engage in innovative industries. First, it was the sugar cane fields, then tech. It's time for us to get back to out tech roots by brining the high paying jobs of the future back to Sugar Land. If elected, I will work to bring more Tech jobs (especially IT Security) to the area to support working families.

AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE
Your tax dollars are already being used to fund the expansion of medicaid. It is funding medicaid expansion in New York, in California, etc. It's time for Texans to reap the benefits of our own tax dollars. In addition, I support reproductive rights.
