Laws good or bad steal liberty from someone; therefore they should be few when needed.

Laws should be required to be: restricted to a single issue, fully compatible with the constitution, moral, desired and needed by the people.

Laws should be limited to less than a thousand words.

Laws proposed in final draft should not be voted on until final draft is posted for public review and a minimum of 30 days have passed.

Laws should have a sunset, on the sixth year every law is repealed unless it is reviewed and extended by congress because of its need and effectiveness.

Laws must apply equally to all persons.
