Issue Position

Our country continues to face national security threats and challenges around the world. The terror attack in San Bernardino brought the war against radical Islamic extremists to our doorstep. I want to give our military the assets and ability to eliminate these threats overseas before they come to our shores. I voted to stop Obama's Syrian and Iraqi refugee program.

The U.S. must support our allies and hold our adversaries accountable for their actions and defend against rogue states with nuclear ambitions, such as Iran and North Korea . America must defend itself from a position of strength, not weakness and keep all options on the table to protect our homeland from attack. I remain committed to providing our brave military personnel, and their families, the support they have earned and deserve.
