Jenkins Supports Bill To Update And Strengthen The Visa Waiver Program

Today, the House of Representatives passed the Visa Waiver Program Improvement Act of 2015 in an overwhelming bipartisan vote of 407-19. Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins (KS-02), a cosponsor of the bill, released the following statement after the vote:

"The safety and security of Kansans is my top priority. It is essential that America's entry programs cannot be exploited by those, such as ISIS, who wish to destroy our special way of life. I'm proud to support this bipartisan bill as it is another important step in increasing protection for our borders, securing our nation and ensuring the safety of Kansans and folks across the country."
