Georgia's 3rd Congressional district has more airline employees than any other Congressional district in the United States.

Richard supports FAA reauthorization that will enable the agency to fulfill its safety mission and implement NextGen and other air traffic system modernization initiatives, fair Open Skies agreements that give U.S. airlines and their employees the opportunity to compete in the international marketplace, and stands against flag-of-convenience schemes.

Richard supports the airline industry and their employees fully and pledges to Keep Georgia Flying by maintaining safe and fair skies.
