Defunding ObamaCare
The government has no authority to force Americans to buy health insurance--period. Larry will fight to defund, dismantle and eliminate ObamaCare. Dr. Larry DiChiara has had an opportunity to talk to small-business owners about the devastating effects of ObamaCare. As Superintendent, Larry witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of ObamaCare as he was forced to make difficult decisions to ensure compliance with these unconstitutional mandates. Americans need a health care system that embraces free-market principles, such as competition and innovation.

Promoting Personal Responsibility
In Alabama, we understand the traditional values of hard work and responsibility. Unfortunately, Washington holds our values in contempt as they continue to reward those who fail to contribute. As a product of the American Dream, Larry understands that nothing is for free and he will fight to ensure we end taxpayer-funded handouts to those who are capable of contributing to society.
