Issue Position

My goals as a Congressman.

To establish a Vocational Training Program in Oak Cliff.
To establish one in Ft Worth.
To build a state of the art Senior Citizens Center in Oak Cliff.
To create a Small Business Loan Program with the interest waived from federal, state and city deposits at a rate of 1 to 3%, five year term up to $25,000.
To support and expand drug rehab programs.
To establish a Veteran Assistance Center to assist Veterans with medical assistance, housing assistance, disabilities and other services all within one building.
To create a Drug Free 33 Public Information Campaign.
To provide "A New Life" programs for individuals with criminal records, to allow redemption of individuals with felony convictions by securing funds for on the job training and vocational training, tutoring programs and job skills workshops, independent of State Workforce Program that are not working.
Create a corporate sponsorships Campaign to sponsor local sports and recreation programs including supporting baseball and soccer organizations in the 33rd Congressional District.
To create a 1 million dollar Scholarship Program for high school students wanting to go on to college.
