Governor Scott Walker Delivers Remarks at 2015 New North Summit

Governor Scott Walker delivered remarks and participated in a question and answer session at the New North Summit today, which was held at the Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center in Oshkosh. The New North Summit is an annual event that typically draws over 550 attendees from across the state. At the summit, Governor Walker also presented the Workplace Excellence Award to Oshkosh Corporation.

"The New North Summit is a convenient and productive opportunity for leaders throughout the Northeast Wisconsin region to network and collaborate with one another," Governor Walker said. "As we continue to spur economic development in Wisconsin, partnerships at the local level with government, education, and business leaders remain crucial and today's summit helps us to build and strengthen those relationships."
