Gov. Fallin Names New Administrator of State LP Gas Board

Governor Mary Fallin today announced the appointment of Gary McDonald as administrator of the Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board.

Fallin selected McDonald for the post from a list of nominees submitted by the Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board, as required by state law.

Before being employed by the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Administration, he worked nearly 20 years for several oilfield-related companies.

"Gary McDonald is an expert on the LP gas industry who will bring a fresh perspective and energy to the board," said Fallin. "I know Greg is excited to pursue improvements that increase efficiency and allow the board to better serve the industry and the public."
