Ensure every child has access to a high quality education

We must ensure every child has access to a high-quality education. Education accounts for a large percentage of all state spending. We need to make sure we are maximizing each dollar spent. That means moving money away from government administration and putting it where it belongs: in the classroom. We need to give teachers the resources they need to educate our children to the best of their abilities and ensure they are free from "teaching to the test'.
