Job creation, Civil Service Reform, School Funding and Education Reform. In New Jersey creating a welcoming environment for businesses is critical for job growth in this state. Without civil service reform, shared services and consolidation is extremely difficult making property tax reduction even more difficult. The imbalance in school funding has been the single greatest driver of property taxes over the years. Finally, it is clear that one size fits all education does not work for our children. I would like to see expanded options for children and parents for educational opportunities.
