Campaign finance reform. Were I to be elected, the reality that it happened without money from individuals, state, or federal support will speak for itself.
Gerrymandering of voting districts. While this is primarily a state's responsibility, federal encouragement is probably needed. Independent committees of citizens able to practice impartial analysis exist.
