Who would evaluate? Hold the local elected School Boards accountable.

All of these questions have the issue of constitutional prohibitions......cost share , matching funds and in the case of open space...e. we have an adequate tax incentative in place. I answered yes but nothing more than what is in place already.We have wonderful Parks, DNR land and National Parks .......let public lands work for the taxpayer and let private land owers have tax incentatives to keep "open space". We should not "take" private lands.

Hospital campus...is that state funding of stem cell research? d. there needs to be guidelines f. this is about "behavior" not about discrimination...I do not discriminate against anyone But I do "discriminate" and so should employers, about unacceptable "behaviors".
Education, Early Learning and K-12 is my top prority. Public Safey, safe communities, infrastructure, transportation. care and support for the Disabled and Elderly and most important our Children. We can and always have balanced a budget without raising taxes, dipping into a rainy day fund or overturning an initative. I have "been there" and done that.
