The Affordable Care Act can be improved upon, but that in no way includes dismantling or repealing it. It was a great start that I believe should set us on a course toward a Medicare for all-type program.

Other or expanded principles

Yes, and I have signed Sen. Bernie Sanders' petition calling for the legalization of marijuana and an end to the failed "War on Drugs."

NoCandidate AnswerShould the United States use military force in order to prevent governments hostile to the U.S. from possessing a nuclear weapon?
YesCandidate AnswerDo you support increased American intervention in Middle Eastern conflicts beyond air support?
Other or expanded principles

Both of these answers deserve follow up: First, I believe diplomacy is the most proven, best approach to preventing hostile governments from possessing a nuclear weapon. Second, I would support increased intervention only in the sense of diplomacy and coalition building putting boots on the ground in that region with no end in sight will be a failure.

Please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.

My campaign is all about Families, and thats why my top priorities in Congress will be: (1) establishing a Medicare for all system, so no family has to face bankruptcy due to medical bills; (2) protecting Social Security at all costs, so no seniors face financial uncertainty after a lifetime earning their benefits and playing by the rules; and implementing campaign finance reform to get dark money out of politics. When more revenue is needed to make these priorities a reality, I support increasing taxes on the highest income earners and reducing defense spending.
