Pro-life Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
I am a pro life Libertarian candidate who supports life in all cases except insest, rape, or where the life of the mother may be in jeopardy. I am convinced that abortion cannot be used as a form of contraceptive without committing a crime against humanity.
Yes In order to balance the budget, do you support reducing defense spending?
No In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
I would support legislation to audit the Federal Reserve Bank; to abolish the BOP, CIA, NSA and the IRS: in their place I would resurrect the OSS and support a flat tax I notice that Democrats and Republicans have stolen all hard money from our common currency, replaced it with evidence of debt and required people to self assess tax against any earnings while flooding the world with hard drugs, prisons and unlawful legislation crafted to destroy our people, family's and slave our people to poverty, death or unpayable debts. I seek to upend those acts by exposing them openly.
Yes Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
It is my observation that sinister evil forces infiltrated our government through the CID and used that agency as a vehicle to capture the executive branch of government immediately at the end of WWII. Those agents subjugated our government in 1946 and have kept us in a perpetual state of war ever since so as to increase the powers of the executive which they have controlled and used to import drugs into and gold and silver out of our country while teaching us to kill our unborn children while building prisons to incarcerate as many Americans as possible as noticed.
Yes Do you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
No Do you support alternatives to incarceration for certain non-violent offenders such as mandatory counseling or substance abuse treatment?
No Do you support mandatory minimum sentences for non-violent drug offenders?
I support the death penalty for treason only. I do not support alternative sentencing, probation nor any form of punishments of people who should not be incarcerated at all. Drug offenders have been subjected to trial by legislature and should be immediately released. The federal government should have no jurisdiction to incarcerate people for any offence other than political corruption, treason, subversion, and to regulate civil commerce.
No Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support lowering taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
No Do you support providing tax incentives to businesses for the purpose of job creation?
I am that guy who believes in the ability of the free market to solve all matters concerning commerce. My job would be to bust up monopolies and to remove regulations while maintaining necessary checks for safety of our workers and enviornment. Taxation is theft
No Do you generally support requiring states to adopt federal education standards?
I do not want the federal government anywhere around my children! Any mater concerning the education of children, curriculum or instruction must be established locally in the communities where children live and by parents family neighbors and educators on the local and state levels.
No Do you support building the Keystone XL pipeline?
No Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, thermal)?
No Do you support increased regulations on the hydraulic fracturing ("fracking") industry?
I support the end of corporate welfare and the beginning of free enterprise as necessary to permit the free market to thrive. It is my understanding that oil companies receive billions from government while earning more billions each year. That the petrochemical companies exist to kill and sicken millions and if we quit funding it and and then deregulate these industries that the free market will replace their products with higher or lower or other technologies which are likely being hidden or suppressed by them at our cost and determent. Likewise/counterwize I must read into issues fully before voting.
Yes Do you believe that human activity is contributing to climate change?
No Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
I notice that volcanos release many times more carbon than all of the man made emissions into earth atmosphere and are largest engines of climate change of this world. It is likewise indisputable fact that the US military consumes more than 78% of all crude oil of the United States. With that said I do not buy the false teachings of big oil and man made climate change. I would vote NO for any carbon tax. I also hear that government black operations project HARP has climate manipulatoin capabilities and is man made. I would seek to close it down.

Only thieves and tyrants or terrorists have reasons to fear
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
It is unconstitutional to force people to buy insurance under color of law. Any compulsory insurance legislation must be destroyed to prevent tyrants from misusing owners they cannot rightly possess. It is unlawful for the legislature to force people to buy anything
Unknown Position Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
No Do you support same-sex marriage?
I do not support any state marriage. Such would rightly be called a matter of faith and of church. It is not a matter for the federal legislature to debate, regulate nor incorporate.
Yes Should the U.S use military force in order to prevent governments hostile to the United States from possessing a nuclear weapon?
No Do you support increased American intervention in Iraq and Syria beyond air support?
Questions of this kind can only be answered after careful reading of reports and information which may be classified and where exemptions to the normal rules of policy may not apply, depending the target suspect to be killed, kidnapped or cremated or depending on the players in nuclear weapons acquisitions. I am willing to authorize deadly force short of formal war under extreme circumstances when necessary
Yes Do you support allowing individuals to divert a portion of their Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts?
I support privatising social security and guaranteeing it's solvency buy the federal government as necessary to keep legislators from continuously robbing it.

Taxation is theft Free people are not taxed
I would call for vote of no confidence in the Uniform Controlled Substance Act of 1971 to end the drug war I would pass legislation to fund an interisland ferry system to complete the H1 highway to connect with the outer islands called H2O It would be funded and managed by the DOD I would demand exemption to the Jones Act for Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico
