The rainy day fund is exactly what it says, if we use it to balance budgets there will be nothing there on that "rainy day" we depend so much on Visitors to our state and somthing as simple as the weather could cripple the state.
It is easy to ask the question but we need to look at the big picture, we need the police , and people need to live, NH is one of the greatest states in the country and I for one would like to keep it that way.
We do not have an income tax and I would like to keep it that way.

a) Do you support limits on the following types of contributions for state candidates?

No 1) Individual
No 2) Political Action Committee
No 3) Corporate
No 4) Political Party

Yes c) Do you support requiring full and timely disclosure of campaign finance information?
Yes d) Do you support the use of an independent AND/OR bipartisan commission for redistricting?
Yes e) Do you support requiring a government-issued photo identification in order to vote at the polls?
I have seen many entering the polls and the people of NH , like our photo ID law , they feel that there vote counts and is not corrupted by those that would cheat the system by voting more than once.

No i) Do you support an increase of the minimum wage?
Yes j) Should employers be able to ask about applicants' criminal history before interviewing them?
Job training is OK , but when you have some employers that use state funds to onset their budgets it is wrong , NH does not collect income and sales tax so every penny we have should be spent well.

Yes b) Do you support a merit pay system for teachers?
No c) Is the tenure process for public school teachers producing effective teachers?

No g) Should illegal immigrants who graduate from New Hampshire high schools be eligible for in-state tuition at public universities?
Common core holds back students that may someday be great, NH our college students leave the state, Students receiving financial aid should commitment to stay in NH. When it comes to illegal Immigrants, "Illegal" is the key, I believe that unless you are a citizen of this country you should get no services and not have any of the rights granted to us by our constitution. Illegal means that person is breaking the law why would we want to give anything to the person breaking the law , would we give drug a dealer a college education think about it.

No e) Do you support government regulations of greenhouse gas emissions?
Yes f) Do you support increased regulations of the hydraulic fracturing ("fracking") industry?
I believe that any kind of energy should have to be able to prove it self, Solar energy is something that is great if it works but when we spend Billions on a company that produced nothing "we got taken".Greenhouse gas regulations only force our business out when countries like China continue to pollute the planet. I do not know much about fracturing , but what I do know is it may cause earthquakes so I think we need to be careful with regards to this technology.
No a) Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
No b) Should background checks be required on gun sales between private citizens at gun shows?
Yes c) Should citizens be allowed to carry concealed guns?
No d) Should a license be required for gun possession?
This is one of those things where a few bad apples try to spoil the bunch, there are already background checks, the Bills that were submitted would require constant background checks and cause lots of financial expenses on the gun owner. Criminals do not get permits or Licences so if you take the guns away only the bad guys would have them. The second amendment was put in place was to insure the the people would never lose control of the government, 1st Amendment the to free speech, and the second amendment is the means to insure the first amendment

No e) Do you support requiring individuals to purchase health care insurance?
No f) Do you support monetary limits on damages that can be collected in malpractice lawsuits?
Yes g) Do you support allowing doctors to prescribe marijuana to their patients for medicinal purposes?
Obama Care has proven to be a failure, it has caused many to lose their jobs , their hours have been cut, their access to health care has been eliminated because of co-pays and deductibles. We should repeal it as soon as possible. This is a prime example of what happens when one party controls all three parts of the government, The Democrats Rammed this legislation through having no Idea what it was "you have to pass it so we can see what it says" Quote from the Democrat majority leader of the house.
a) Do you support same-sex marriage?
No b) Do you support the inclusion of sexual orientation in New Hampshire's anti-discrimination laws?
No c) Do you support the inclusion of gender identity in New Hampshire's anti-discrimination laws?
Same sex marriage , should be "Civil Unions" As a justice of the peace I have performed many same sex marriages and Civil Unions, two loving people are two loving people but there is a difference , when we cross the line with all this gay rights stuff it takes away from the Sanctity of marriage for those that have been married, Civil Unions give the same legal rights to your partners. when we start granting rights based on choices we enter a grey area of the law, it would be like forum shopping for the courts.
NH needs to keep young people in the state , state funding of education should have commitments. NH has a problem with Drugs , we need to put the dealers in jail with mandatory sentencing, we need to require that drug users that are administered Narcan get follow up treatment, we should not be in the business of supplying needles for drug users. NH and its government is saying it is ok to use drugs and that is wrong!
