Education is not a duty of the Federal Government as listed in the Constitution. This realm is delegated to States and local Government. |

Only in the case of criminal use of guns has taken place |
No | Should the United States use military force to prevent governments hostile to the U.S. from possessing a weapon of mass destruction (for example: nuclear, biological, chemical)?
Yes | Do you support reducing military intervention in Middle East conflicts?
Absolutely, bring our troops home and end financial support for foreign governments. End the sale of weapons to foreign governments. Defense is the only use of our military and this would include defense against a strike with the use of atomic weapons. We indeed have the ability to do this via space technology and should be investing in it. |
Yes | Do you generally support removing barriers to international trade (for example: tariffs, quotas, etc.)?
This must be qualified in that the trade must be equal ie tariffs and quota's imposed by trading partners must be reciprocated. |
Change the Tort system currently in place. Replace it with one based on self responsibility instead of liability of others for personal choices and actions. Change the immigration policy to allow for a free flow with accountability at our borders. The current system is fraught with inhuman treatment and taking advantage of other human beings. This is not the way of our people. Change Foreign policy: Use of our military for defense only (bring our troops home) end subsidies, sale of weapons and intervention in foreign nations affairs. While your at it create limitations executive orders! Governement by the people |
