This is considering the current Kansas economy.
This is a cash flow issue. Previous to 2012, those in positions of authority have grown our existing government spending so much that in the current economy we cannot pay for it. Nobody wants to reduce any of these, but our cash flow dictates it.

Nor should the government dictate the size of drink we purchase. No nanny state.).
