No e) Should a minor who sends sexually-explicit or nude photos by cell phone face criminal charges?
Yes f) Do you support the enforcement of federal immigration laws by state and local police?
Overcriminalization needs to be addressed. We have way too many people incarcerated. I am for victim rights, which would include fines instead of jail for many crimes. This money would be pooled for the victums of crime. Prosecuting a minor as an adult would have to be decided on a case by case basis, depending on the type of crime and age of the minor.
Yes a) Do you support reducing government regulations on the private sector?
No b) Do you support increased state funding for job-training programs that re-train displaced workers?
No c) Do you support expanding access to unemployment benefits?
Yes d) Do you support providing financial incentives to the private sector for the purpose of job creation?
Yes e) Do you support increased spending on infrastructure projects for the purpose of job creation?
No f) Do you support providing direct financial assistance to homeowners facing foreclosure?
As an employer, when I need an employee I hire someone and train him. This should not be the responsibility of the taxpayer. The more money given and the more time one collects unemployment, the more unemployment is negatively affected. I do not believe in bailouts by the government, bankruptcy laws are for that situation.

No f) Do you support the state government providing college students with financial aid?
No g) Should illegal immigrants who graduate from Montana high schools be eligible for in-state tuition at public universities?
My understanding of the Common Core State Standards is that the states are in control. I would like to see the federal government do away with the DOE and give control to the states and local control.
No a) Do you support state funding for the development of alternative energy?
No b) Do you support state funding for the development of traditional domestic energy sources (e.g. coal, natural gas, oil)?

Yes e) Do you support increasing the means by which hunters may take wolves in order to promote greater management?
No f) Should Montana reintroduce bison on public lands?
No g) Do you support enacting environmental regulations aimed at reducing the effects of climate change?
If it is econmically feasible the private sector will do what is neccessary to develop alternative and traditional energy sources. The government needs to cut red tape so this can be accomplished. Although I am against Bison introduction, I believe it will happen, so those looking out for agricultural interests need to be involved in the process. The global temperature trend line has been stable for the past 12 years while carbon dioxide has increased 7%. Carbon dioxide represents .0395% of the earth's atmosphere. Arguing it is the source of minor changes in our temperature, is scientifically disturbing.
No a) Do you support restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns?
No b) Should background checks be required on gun sales between private citizens at gun shows?

Yes f) Do you support allowing doctors to prescribe marijuana to their patients for medicinal purposes?
No g) Do you support increased restrictions on the production of medical marijuana in Montana?
h) Other or expanded principles:
Yes a) Should marriage only be between one man and one woman?
Yes b) Should same-sex couples be allowed to form civil unions?
No c) Do you support the inclusion of sexual orientation in Montana's anti-discrimination laws?
No d) Do you support the inclusion of gender identity in Montana's anti-discrimination laws?
e) Other or expanded principles:
I would do what I could to cut red tape and regulations, so we can begin to develop our natural resources (responsibly). This would provide good paying jobs and revenue for the state. Unfunded liabilities are estimated to be over $300 billion. This can no longer be ignored. Reform to the pension plans have to be made. Possible solutions would include increasing the age of retirement, increase the amount participators pay in, and change the structure for newcomers. I would want to see vouchers given to parents who home school or use charter schools, paid for by Otter Creek development.
