My answers are provided in some instances as guessing, because I'm not familiar with the total budget for a category and each type of expense within the category.

Maintain Statusa) Capital gains taxes
Maintain Statusb) Corporate taxes
Slightly Decreasec) Excise taxes (alcohol)
Slightly Decreased) Excise taxes (cigarettes)
Slightly Decreasee) Excise taxes (transportation fuel)

Slightly Decreaseg) Income taxes (middle-income families)
Maintain Statush) Income taxes (high-income families)
Slightly Decreasei) Inheritance taxes
Slightly Decreasej) Payroll taxes
Greatly Decreasek) Other or expanded categories

I want to eliminate all regulation, including payroll taxes and withholding, for the first 3 employees of every business (i.e., 3 designated employees). I call my plan "THE FIRST 3 ARE FREE!". This would create millions of jobs within a few months. The 3 independent contractors would deal directly with the IRS to fulfill their IRS obligations. I want to eliminate all regulation of raising capital by small business (and subject the process solely to criminal and civil fraud lawsuits). I want to end governmental regulation of education, especially schools/programs that train people for jobs with small businesses.

YesDo you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
Other or expanded principles

I prefer that the licensed (broadcast) media be required to provide free airtime (and the U.S. Government provide a free, franking privilege) to all candidates in sufficient amounts and eliminate the need for huge campaign contributions.

NoDo you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
Other or expanded principles

It is becoming clearer and clearer that executions of innocent persons are a routine occurrence. Appeals tend to ratify errors below, and prosecutors have too much power, money, discretion and personal ambition to be able to rely upon their convictions as proof of guilt. Perhaps 50% of the felony convictions by plea agreement would not have been obtained if the cases went to trial. Major reform is needed to reduce the power of the prosecutor to create fairness in the criminal justice system, both state and federal.

NoCandidate AnswerDo you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
NoCandidate AnswerDo you support providing tax incentives to businesses for the purpose of job creation?
NoCandidate AnswerDo you support spending on infrastructure projects for the purpose of job creation?
NoDo you support the 2010 temporary extension of unemployment benefits?
YesDo you support the 2010 temporary extension of tax relief?
Other or expanded principles

The problem with "tax incentives" is that they are used mainly by the companies which have a net loss in jobs. These incentives are not workable for small business, including the 20,000,000 self employed persons (who have no employees) or at least 2/3rds of the 6,000,000 small businesses (i.e., which have one or more non-owner employees), and for such reason the tax incentives don't work and spend taxpayer dollars without justification. The best tax incentive is to reduce regulation for small business by adopting my plan "The 1st 3 Are Free!" (first 3 designated employees treated as independent contractors).

YesCandidate AnswerDo you support requiring states to implement education reforms in order to be eligible for competitive federal grants?
Other or expanded principles

I'm against the grant, but would be willing to accept a trade-off if in the same statute there was a total preemption (elimination) of state regulation of post-secondary (post high school) vocational schools and training programs, to enable small business to create the vocational training programs needed by small business to create jobs. The most important training program (and none is in existence at this time) is to train people to become the assistant to the owner of a small business, thereby creating a pool of trained persons ready for hiring when the position becomes open by quitting or firing.

YesDo you believe that human activity is contributing to climate change?
NoCandidate AnswerDo you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
NoCandidate AnswerDo you support reducing restrictions on offshore energy production?
Other or expanded principles
NoCandidate AnswerDo you support United States' combat operations in Afghanistan?
YesDo you support a timetable for withdrawal from Afghanistan?
Do you support targeting suspected terrorists outside of official theaters of conflict?
Other or expanded principles

We need to end war, especially endless wars. War should be fought when necessary to protect the country (the U.S.), but not to maintain friendly governments or for influence over oil fields or to regulate opium production. We need to legalize marijhuana, cocaine and similar drugs to end the democracy-threatening power of multi-billion dollar businesses that can and do buy and sell our democratic institutions. We need to deal with captured terrorists as enemy soldiers and target their operations when appropriate to do so (in defense of the U.S.).

NoCandidate AnswerDo you support restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns?
Other or expanded principles

As to military-grade guns, I have reservations.

NoCandidate AnswerShould individuals be required to purchase health insurance, as mandated in the 2010 Affordable Care Act?
Other or expanded principles

Do you support allowing illegal immigrants, who were brought to the United States as minors, to pursue citizenship without returning to their country of origin?
Do you support the enforcement of federal immigration law by state and local police?
Other or expanded principles

The immigration issue is to complex to answer yes or no.

YesCandidate AnswerDo you support same-sex marriage?
Other or expanded principles

What people do consensually in their bedroom should be of no concern to government.

YesCandidate AnswerDo you support allowing individuals to divert a portion of their Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts?

Please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.

My priorities require no additional funding, and would actually reduce government expenditures. My top 3 priorities are (1) to create millions of new jobs by eliminating or reducing the regulation of small business and post-secondary vocational programs; (2) reduce or eliminate spending on programs the government should not be running (farm subsidies, ethanol subsidies, tax incentives to major corporations or to allegedly create jobs, education, student loans - let a free market reduce the cost of education to make it affordable, homeland security); (3) end the so-called "war on terror" (an endless war) and go back to defending the U.S.
