Personal Hero and Why:
My Pop was on board ship when the Japanese surrendered at Tokyo Bay. He was the best old Idaho game warden ever. He was the consummate conservationist; fast, smart, deadly with a gun, and gentle as a lamb (unless you pissed him off.) He was very fair and tolerant, but that man knew how to fight, and he was the greatest dad a little boy could ask for.

Reason for Seeking Public Office:
To fight the lock-up of public lands, and to promote excellent management of 740,000,000 linear acres of America's public lands. To keep America free. To uphold the Constitution and defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
