Reason for Seeking Public Office:
I try to teach my kids that change is made by individuals standing up and making a difference. The problem with teaching this message is that you have to live it for them to believe you. That's why I first ran for school board and it is why I am running for the state senate. We need independent and reasonable people in office if we are to make the change and improvements needed.
