Vote to pass a bill that amends the process by which agricultural employees elect labor representatives for collective bargaining purposes.

Highlights:

-Allows agricultural employees to select labor representatives by submitting a petition and authorization cards signed by a majority of the bargaining unit to the Agriculture Labor Relations Board (Sec. 4). -Mandates that the Agriculture Labor Relations Board immediately investigate any petition and if a question of representation exists, direct a representation election (Sec. 4). -Allows a labor organization to represent a bargaining unit through a majority signup election by submitting to the Agriculture Labor Relations Board a petition for majority signup election (Sec. 5).
