Vote to pass a bill that creates a new fee of $200 for drivers convicted of driving 85 miles per hour or more on any road or highway or 75 miles per hour on any two-lane road or highway and increases fees for various other driving-related offenses.

-Specifies that all moneys collected pursuant to the new speeding fee shall be used to fund a trauma care system in Georgia and to pay for the costs associated with the administration of the new speeding fee (Sec. 11).
