Vote to pass a bill that requires individuals intending to vote to present a form of photo identification at the polling place, or cast a provisional ballot that is counted only if the individual presents a form of photo identification to the Board of Voter Registration prior to certification by the County Board of Canvassers beginning January 1, 2010.
