Title: Property Tax Assessment Rate Reduction

Vote to pass a bill that reduces the tax assessment rate of the "all other property" class (excludes property used for industrial purposes and the gross product of minerals and mine products) from 9.5 percent to 8.25 percent for the period of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.
Highlights:
