Vote to pass a bill that requires every city, township, and village to provide at least one polling place for early voting on the Friday, Saturday, and Monday before each election for at least eight hours each day.

Highlights:

- Requires at least one election inspector to be appointed and present at each polling place during the time the polls are open for early voting (Sec. 672). - Requires the clerk conducting the election to set the hours at which the polls will open and close and post the polling place hours at their office (Sec. 720). - Requires the poll book to be divided by date and separate records to be maintained for each day of early voting (Sec. 735). - This is a substitute bill sponsored by the House Committee on Ethics and Elections.
