Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that legalizes the defensive display of a firearm if it is reasonable to believe that physical force is necessary to protect oneself.
- Defines the "defensive display of a firearm" as a verbal warning or notification to another person that you possess a firearm, or holding, exposing, or displaying a firearm in a manner that a reasonable person would understand was meant to protect oneself from unlawful or deadly physical force (Sec. 1). - Specifies that the provisions of this Act do not permit the following (Sec. 1):
