- Provides that no more than 3.88% of funding appropriated to Medicare should be spent on administrative costs (Sec. 7). - $250,000 to implement an Adult Foster Care program for Medicare recipients (Sec. 11). - $125,000 to implement a pilot program to help people quit smoking (Sec. 12). - Provides that these funds may not be spent until the Division of Medicaid's policy of having Medicaid interviewers meet with recipients to determine their eligibility has been discontinued (Sec. 14).
