Vote to adopt an amendment that would expand the list of persons restricted from entering into state contracts.

- Adds the following persons, their spouses and immediate family members to the list of persons restricted from doing business with the state (Amnd. 3): - Members of the State Civil Service Commission and the executive director of state civil service (lines 12-13) - Secretaries of the Departments of Economic Development, Culture, Recreation and Tourism, Environmental Quality, Health and Hospitals, Labor, Natural Resources, Public Safety and Corrections, Revenue, Social Services, Transportation and Development, Wildlife and Fisheries, and Veteran's Affairs (lines 14-25) - The state superintendent of education (line 26) - The executive secretary and members of the Public Service Commission (lines 27 and 31) - The commissioner of the division of administration (line 28) - The Governor's executive counsel, chief of staff, deputy chief of staff and legislative director (lines 29-30 and 45, and line 3) - Members of various education boards and the boards on Gaming Control, Ethics, Parole, Pardons, Commerce and Industry, and the - Mineral Board (lines 32-41, 44, and 46-48, and line 4) - Members of the Louisiana Recovery Authority (line 5) - Members of the commissions on Wildlife and Fisheries, State Police, the Louisiana Lottery, and Louisiana Racing (lines 42-43, and lines 2 and 6).
