Highlights:

- Permits elected officials to accept complimentary admission to a civic, non-profit, educational or political event when the official in question is a program honoree, speech presenter, or panel member [Sec 2, Art 13(a)]. - Restricts elected officials from accepting complimentary admission to sporting events, fishing or hunting trips, and golf outings unless the event is to be associated with a fundraising event for candidates, elected officials, or other organizations open to the general public.
