-Increases required contributions for members of the Public School Employees Retirement System that make over $15,000 a year in compensation to $510 plus 6.4 percent of the excess over $15,000. -Requires the retirement system to pay up to 90 percent, rather than the previous 100 percent, of medical costs for a member who is at least sixty with thirty years of service.
