Vote to pass a bill restricting the sale of ingredients for making methamphetamine.

Highlights:

- Criminalizes the selling, supplying, or giving away of a chemical with the intent that it be used to manufacture a controlled subject other than marijuana (sec. 7). -Creates a civil cause of action for nuisance against a building that was used in the unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance or immediate precursor (sec. 10). - Criminalizes causing a fire or explosion in as a result of methamphetamine manufacture (sec. 12). - Limits selling products that are precursors to methamphetamine (including lithium and sodium metals) to pharmacies or those granted a license by the State Board of Pharmacy (sec. 40). - Authorizes the State Board of Pharmacy, Department of Public Safety, or a local law enforcement agency to examine or seize records concerning precursors to methamphetamine (sec. 42).
