- Authorizes tip pooling agreements for any gaming employee who “directly assists patrons with playing any game… and who customarily receives tips and gratuities… for performing the same essential duties of their job (sec. 2).” - Requires that tip pooling agreements distribute tips and gratuities to participants based on the number of hours worked (sec. 2). - Forbids gaming establishments from compelling employees to “pool tips or gratuities in a manner which violates the provisions of this section (sec. 2).” - Exempts employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement that conflicts with this act (sec. 2).
