- Requires the department of education to file a report on the implementation of the anti-bullying and anti-harassment policies to the Senate and House education committees one year after the deadline for their implementation [sec.1310B.(2)]. - Includes protections for sexual orientation and gender identity in addition to age, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, gender and other traits illustrated in the Model Anti-Bullying Policy developed by the Michigan State Board of Education [sec.1310B.(4B)(iv)].
