- Requires the woman to sign a form stating that she has viewed the ultrasound images and has been informed of the probable gestational age of the unborn child/fetus [sec 1(3)]. - Prohibits an abortion from being performed sooner than one hour after the woman certifies that she has reviewed the ultrasound and other informational material [sec 1(4)(C)].
