Vote to pass a bill that expands health care for children and sets standards for in-school nutrition.

Highlights:
-Provides low cost health care to minors whose family income is less than 250% of the federal poverty level [sec. 2(1)]. -Provides low cost health care to minors whose family income is less than 300% of the federal poverty level as of 2009 [sec. 2(1)]. -Establishes an outreach program to improve enrollment in health care insurance programs and health education for children and their parents [sec. 2(6)]. -Requires for the Department of Health and Human Services to determine rules, premiums, and eligibility for coverage [sec. 2(2); sec. 2(5)(a)]. -Sets standards for schools to offer only healthy food and drinks by 2010 [sec. 5(2)]. -Establishes a school health task force to review and provide recommendations [sec. 6].
