Vote to pass a bill that specifies requirements for provisions relating to Illinois health outcomes review board in the state of Illinois.

Highlights:

• Repeals provisions related to data collection requirements (Sec. 1). 

• Requires that the Health Outcomes Review Board is tasked with recommending (rather than facilitating adoption of) solutions that will improve health outcomes in the State (Sec. 1). 

• Requires an additional member to be board-appointed (Sec. 1). 

• Repeals a list of identifying information to be redacted from data sets, and instead provides that such information shall be removed as set forth under the Code of Federal Regulations (Sec. 1).
