Vote to concur with senate amendments and pass a bill that prohibits individuals who exhibit harassing or harmful behaviors from certain sports wager activities in the state of West Virginia.
Prohibits individuals who exhibit harassing or harmful behaviors from certain sports wager activities in the state of West Virginia (Article 22D).
Authorizes the Lottery Commission to propose a rule for legislative approval specifying reasons why patrons of sports gaming may be banned from engaging in sports betting (Article 22D).
Requires the rule to contain a procedure for lodging complaints against patrons and for investigation of complaints and allow the Commission or an operator to continue banning individuals from certain areas of a gaming facility until implementation (Article 22D).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Article 22D).
