Vote to pass a bill that amends Photo radar laws and use FAA grant funding for new programs in the state of Oregon.

Highlights:

• Specifies that certain aviation grant funds may be used for matching shares of any FAA grant and the funds are not limited to federal Airport Improvement Program grants. The Act changes photo radar laws (Sec. 1-16).

• Establishes the Charge Ahead Zero-Emission Incentive Fund (Sec. 1-16).

• Requires the Department of Transportation to pursue cooperative efforts with the State of Idaho to apply forvassistance from the Federal Railroad Administration to study potential for reestablishing service on the Amtrak Pioneer Line and submit avprogress report to the Joint Committee on Transportation no later than December 31, 2024 (Sec. 1-16).
