Highlights:

• Prohibits the use of certain abortion-inducing medications and drugs such as cytotec and methotrexate in the state of Oklahoma (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that any individual convicted of trafficking or attempted trafficking of abortion-inducing drugs shall be guilty of a felony punishable by a fine of up to $100,000 or a 10-year prison sentence or both (Sec. 1).
