Vote to concur with senate concurrence and finally pass a bill that increases the maximum fine for violations of specified lobbying provisions in the state of Florida.

Highlights:

• Increases civil penalties for lobbying by a public officer to $20,000 (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that if disclosure requirements violate confidentiality agreement regarding a source of income , the attorney who is the filer of the disclosure document may specify that the confidential person is valid for the disclosure requirements without revealing their identity to the public (Sec. 1).
