• Establishes the statewide drug abuse resistance education (D.A.R.E.) program educator position in the state of Kansas (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that the purpose of the D.A.R.E. educator shall be to (Sec. 1):

• Provide instruction using the D.A.R.E. curriculum, including content on fentanyl and other opioid drugs, to students in public elementary and secondary schools; and

• perform other services, and provide material and information as required to support the D.A.R.E. program in Kansas.
